Join us for a magical four-week, transformative course: the Ancient Greek Mystery School. Here, Hellenic folklore, mysticism, philosophy, and spirituality come together. about your teacher
Kristina, founder of Yia Mas, will be your guide. Yia Mas marries Kristina's Greek upbringing with her research on Greek philosophy, dance, design, and culture. Her curiosity and appreciation for self-inquiry inspire her to share Greek folk remedies and ancient traditions and promote Greece beyond the usual diaspora narrative.
Kristina holds a degree in history from the University of Virginia. She has extensive experience in yoga and meditation (200-hour RYT, 100-hour meditation teacher training with Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science, Katonah Yoga Certified). Her work and research bridge the gap between our increasingly digital realities and tactile experiences.
In addition, we will have an incredible guest teacher one week, and maybe some surprises.
